Challenge

Joseph Homes, a luxury property developer based in London appointed Q+H to be their creative and strategic design partner for the development of their new private rental scheme and sub-brand, covering name generation, brand identity and website launch.

Solution

Reflecting the intention of “Modern Rental” and needing to appeal to a younger, affluent audience we created a brand which is both brave and agile at its core. A responsive approach to branding allowed us to design a memorable and distinctive identity which could evolve with time, reflecting the different characteristics and locations surrounding the new developments, whilst having the ability to dial up certain elements depending on a particular segment of their target audience.

Results

In spring 2015 Roost was successfully launched. With 6 developments and 1000 flats already in the pipeline, the aim is to reach 5000 flats in 5 years time. Roost is a new living experience. It is rental, but not as you know it…
