Reflecting the intention of “Modern Rental” and needing to appeal to a younger, affluent audience we created Roost; a brand that is brave and agile at its core. A responsive approach to branding allowed us to design a memorable and distinctive identity which could evolve with time - one which communicated the different locations and characteristics surrounding each new development, whilst having the ability to dial up certain elements depending on a particular segment of their target audience.
Q+H developed a range of supporting brand material both offline and digital, including a responsive website design, stationery and stylised imagery.
