We set out to create a brand that was simple, clean and refined whilst remaining sympathetic to the sensitive nature of the work The CDS Group do. We also introduced a fresh colour palette, inspired by nature, that could lift the subject matter and give each division of the company its own individuality.
The CDS Group gained a lot of business leads through their website, so it was important that the refreshed website was informative and easy to use, allowing visitors to immediately comprehend the new offering. Designed and built by Q+H, the new site has a simple to use CMS enabling the team at CDS to quickly and easily amend case studies, add news stories and even adjust the services they offer.
For this particular project, stock photography was the best option to align with the clients budget. We selected imagery that was bright, verdant and luscious which sets the tone throughout the website and printed materials. We maximised the impact of the imagery wherever possible to provide a lovely contrast with the simple and refined typography.
As well as digital assets we also produced a number of printed materials, carrying the brand identity seamlessly throughout. The booklets focus on the three new divisions of the company whilst the business cards are an elegant leave-behind for meetings and networking occasions.
