Whilst away on holiday and being a creative type, I couldn’t help myself when I stumbled upon this gem - Graffiti Alley. Located in the area of Richmond and Spadina in Toronto Canada.
It’s a bit of a wonder and an important space, featuring large murals and street art. Amazing colours and serious talent bring an awesome sight to the visitor - this is legalised street art at it’s best.
The alleyway has become a focal point for music videos, street festivals and is a cool tourist attraction. Everything is covered from bins to doorways, but the great thing is this is a living breathing canvas that changes all the time. So its subject matter is topical and of the moment.
