Hightown Homes, regional supplier of affordable housing approached Q+H to help them communicate to first time buyers the rules, regulations and processes of buying a Shared Ownership property in an engaging, informative way.

Solution

To breakdown the often overwhelming process of buying your first property, we created a simple ’4-Step’ guide to make the customer’s journey easier to understand.

Results

Higher response rates (compared with past campaigns) where achieved with an increase in sales. The work we created stood out from competitors driving interest and sales in this competitive market. Simplicity was key in the communications to drive sales.
